At One Day Roof we pride ourselves in transparency with our customers. By providing a step-by-step process, our customers know exactly what they are paying for. We have laid out our process below to show you how easy it is to get started!
You can reach us either over the phone or via our web site. On our first call, we will get your contact info and address, and will schedule a time to measure your roof.
You can be home if you wish during roof measurement, but it is not necessary if it is not convenient for you. Our measurement process is very quick. We take a series of pictures of your house from different angles, and then use artificial intelligence software to do the measurements. This is a better and safer way to get exact measurements of your house.
Within one business day, we produce a custom proposal for you, complete with detailed drawings, measurements and materials selections. After you receive and accept our proposal, we will schedule a date for your job that works best for you.
On the day that we schedule your job, it is best if you can avoid working from home, as it can get a bit noisy. We start early in the morning, we carefully tarp the area to avoid hurting your plants and making a mess, and to make the job run efficiently.
For most single family homes, we are able to complete the job in one day in the spring, summer, and early fall months, when there are more hours of daylight. When the days get shorter, we may need to extend beyond one day for larger jobs.
Our team carefully cleans up at the end of each job. We magnetically rake the yard to make sure we pick up any possible stray nail that came off during the old roof removal. We have our own dump trailers, and quickly remove the old roofing materials from your property.
